About Us

Natalia Yaya’s designs were first seen in 2005 in the Far East markets of Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. As a young woman she followed in her mother’s footsteps in the Indonesia bridal business, with her dream that her creations one day would walk the high fashion runways.

Her designs are immersed in her native Indonesia’s many unique traditional hand-made fabrics of batik, lace, beads & crystals, feathers and gemstones. Her couture fashion is wedding gowns, formal evening and special occasion dresses. The elegant details of her design come alive with contrasting light and colors.

Moving to the US in 2015 she refined her method of design, a blend of Western and Indonesian styles of East meets West. For New York Fashion week September 2019, she joined International Fashion & Arts Week 5. A selection of her most recent collection published in the fall issues of iFashion Magazine , Creativ Magazine, Beauty and Arts Magazine and UBM Magazine.

In 2021 – 2023, Natalia Yaya has also participated in various fashion shows in Los Angeles, such as:

Beginning in early 2020, due to the pandemic, she committed to hunger relief back home in Indonesia. Working tirelessly, she sent all her earnings to feed people on the streets of Jakarta and outreaching the islands of east Java, Madura, Papua, Nias, Sulawesi, Bali, etc.

In Natalia’s pursuit of fashion, she saw the opportunity to share with Madura in the use of their fine batik fabrics in her “Ready-to-Wear” dresses, gowns and outfits. Her innovation to elegant design encompasses traditional fabrics found throughout Indonesia, creating custom kebayas, wedding dresses or special occasion dresses, etc.

Natalia Yaya was born in Jakarta Indonesia, and living in Arizona US, with her husband and daughter, she is inspired by the beauty of the mountain and desert landscapes.
